Hevy ChatGPT connector

Add this as a ChatGPT custom MCP connector. ChatGPT never gets the Hevy API key.

1. ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → enable Developer mode
2. Create a connector named Hevy
3. MCP server URL: https://hevy.greyllc.net/mcp
4. Authentication: Token / Bearer. Use the proxy admin token, not the Hevy key.
5. In the fasting project chat, enable the Hevy connector and ask it to map your workouts onto existing Hevy templates, then create Upper/Lower 1–3.
